The Ambra Health Customer Success Team is looking for a Sales Operations Associate to help contribute to the day-to-day processes required to support our rapidly growing customer base. As a critical member of the Customer Success team, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, and Professional Services. You will serve as an internal champion of internal sales and customer tools and processes in order to drive overall operational efficiency for customers and internal teams. The Sales Operations Associate will report directly to the Senior Director of Sales Operations. This role is a full-time, exempt-level role based in NYC. The individual can be partially remote but must be available to come into the office a few days a week.


  1. Maintain and manage internal systems used across sales and customer success teams
  2. Create, update, and disseminate Salesforce reports and dashboards that deliver insights into sales and support performance for the management team.
  3. Identify and implement improvements to Salesforce and other sales tools
  4. Lead onboarding and ongoing enablement for employees with key internal systems, including planning and facilitating regular trainings for Sales
  5. Supporting the maintenance of internal knowledge base for company
  6. Work cross functionally with Finance to maintain data cleanliness on a monthly basis
  7. Accurately track lead sources and report on lead data to senior management
  8. Create, deliver and maintain documentation on systems and internal processes to ensure operational efficiency
  9. Help to manage and segment customer and prospect communication lists
  10. Supporting Sales, Legal, and Finance throughout the entire sales life cycle, including sales collateral preparation, contract preparation and review, and post sales handoffs
  11. Developing a deep understanding of Ambra Health’s value proposition, the competitive landscape, and buyers' needs and requirements.
  12. Performing regular comprehensive searches of competitors and market landscape


  1. 2-4 years of customer-facing and operational experience at a technology company
  2. Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced, lean startup environment
  3. Experience with Salesforce required
  4. Ability to perform analysis in Microsoft Excel
  5. Experience with Powerpoint
  6. Strong understanding of standard business metrics

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience
