For the Professional Services Consultant role, Ambra Health is seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, and talented individual with software support or consulting experience to join the Ambra Health team. You will be a key member of the Professional Services team, as you configure Ambra to meet the workflow needs of new customers who are just starting out with the Ambra product. You will be responsible for deploying a broad base of client projects across various workflows. Once trained on the Ambra Health software, you will be assigned to deployment teams and have ownership of client projects. This is a client-facing role with significant responsibilities that requires professionalism and creativity. Domestic travel opportunities are common during non-COVID times.

  • Lead requirements sessions for medium and large deployments
  • Build requirements documentation
  • Design and configure Ambra to meet the workflow needs of the customer
  • Support customer deployment testing
  • Act as support for pre-sales technical processes, including but not limited to gateway installs, technical requirements reviews, and SOW creation
  • Customize Ambra documentation per customer-specific workflows
  • Log bugs and enhancement requests with product management team including the requirements definition
  • Perform application QA activities upon request
  • Work closely with product and development teams to build features requested by customers
  • Utilize SQL language knowledge for internal reporting and customer reports upon request
  • Complete security questionnaires for prospects and customers

Two or more years of software consulting, deployment, or support experience required. Heavy emphasis will be placed on problem-solving skills, personal initiative, and strong people management/relationship skills. Opportunity for exposure to different areas and roles within the company as well as growth within the Professional Services team. Knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000
