For this role, Ambra is seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, and talented business development/sales professional to join our team. You'll be responsible for building out the go-to-market plan for Ambra in the Federal Government. Ambra has demonstrated tremendous success in partnering with clinical and research institutions, and we want to rapidly expand this success to federal government institutions such as the Department of Defense, the VA, and other federal health care providers. We’re looking for smart and ambitious people who are passionate about growing a business upon a tremendous initial foundation and changing the game in healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles
  • Meet with federal decision makers in medical imaging – both clinical and IT
  • Navigate the numerous certifications required for selling to the federal government
  • Master a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers
  • Quarterback all internal resources needed to acquire and upsell customers
  • Negotiate agreements with prospects
  • Proactively generate new pipeline opportunities in your territory
  • Track all customer and deal-level details in Salesforce
  • Be the voice of the customer to the Ambra marketing and product teams
  • Present a thorough territory plan within first 90 days

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with executives
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills to build internal relationships
  • Facility with Google Apps and Salesforce.com
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years experience in Consulting, Sales, or Business Development
  • Prior experience in healthcare IT is a plus
  • Prior experience at SaaS companies is a plus
